Estranged Husband

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He said he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a new location to live.

Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have an additional woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her in the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.

We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
